The Verdict

I have never made a cheesecake before and the whole time I was concerned if I was doing things properly and if it was going to turn out OK. I also didn't realize how long a cheesecake had to bake! Well, I put the cheesecake in the oven around 8 p.m. and let it cook for an hour. After an hour, it still wasn't done, so I let it bake for another 30 minutes. It was perfect! But sadly it didn't look like my sweet tooth was going to be satiated last night. It had to completely chill. Boo! No worries though, I woke my happy butt up this morning and had myself a piece. It was a great start to my day. : )
